Customer Service Maintain high standards of customer service at all times; set an example for the team and go above and beyond to deliver a great experience to every patient. Sales Meet weekly and monthly sales targets for skincare products and services and VIP memberships. Proactively support cross-selling with wellness and aesthetic services. Daily Operations Always Keep treatment room up to 4Ever Young brand standards, including cleanliness, scent, music, lighting, and stocking of products and marketing materials. Manage inventory of all skincare supplies. Cover the front desk as needed; be prepared to answer the phone and check patients in and out using 4Ever Young proper procedures. Always Follow medical compliance and 4Ever Young company policies. Qualifications Licensed Esthetician in the state of Florida Experience in advanced treatments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Proficient in sanitation practices and maintaining a clean work environment Knowledge of esthetic treatments, including HydraFacial, Skin Pen, and chemical peels.
