Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of patient services within an anti-aging MedSpa setting. This position is responsible for coordinating patient care activities, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to healthcare professionals. Duties
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling for healthcare providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services.
- Assist in medication administration and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient care processes
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support clinical staff in delivering quality care.
- Support the implementation of systems that enhance patient service delivery and improve overall efficiency.
- Administer Vitamin IV Therapy

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
