Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Event Coordination
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate and execute marketing events, including open houses, educational seminars, and client appreciation days.
- Manage social media accounts, email campaigns, and promotional efforts to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize the CRM system to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain client information.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all patient inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and online submissions.
- Monitor lead conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve the patient acquisition process.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional client experience.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and processing payments.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Plan and manage special events, ensuring they align with the spa's branding and business goals.
- Act as the point person for event logistics, including vendor communication, setup, and promotion.
- Support the patient journey, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [2-4] years of experience working in a Med spa specializing in marketing, CRM management, or medical spa operations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, practice management software, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle patient concerns empathetically.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical spa treatments, terminology, and industry trends (preferred).
