We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of our cutting-edge supply chain and transportation optimization solutions. Client Engagement & Account Management
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for active accounts.
- Establish long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our software solutions.
- Represent customer interests within the corporate organization to influence the software roadmap.
Software Implementation & Project Management
- Oversee the launch of new customers, ensuring timely and successful software implementations on budget.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and address project challenges to minimize disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while meeting quality and performance standards.
- Develop and facilitate design workshops to determine functional and system requirements to meet client business requirements.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when needed.
Team Leadership & Process Optimization
- Document team roles and responsibilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and champion strategies for the North American team to align with overall corporate objectives.
- Implement best practices and quality control processes to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster collaboration between the US team and global counterparts, ensuring alignment with corporate product owners and regional strategies.
- Lead and develop direct report team members (remote, hybrid, and in office) through a structured professional development process to drive continuous improvement of the team.
Pre-Sales & Solution Implementation Approach
- Support pre-sales activities by preparing, reviewing and presenting project implementation approaches as the delivery lead in sales meetings with potential clients.
- Develop innovative supply chain concepts tailored to customer needs.
Organizational Support:
- Willingness and desire to get involved in supporting and leading internal initiatives outside of the day-to-day task i.e. internal training, conference participation and conference presentations for speaking sessions.
- Ability to lead and mentor less experienced team members to improve their overall professional development
- Overall collaborative team player with a desire for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with a concentration in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 5 years of experience in transportation management or supply chain software implementation.
- 3 years of experience in a project/program management role leading cross functional teams with waterfall and agile methodologies for software implementation.
Technical & Industry Expertise
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and supply chain market.
- Exceptional understanding of supply chain and associated enterprise planning software.
- Proficiency with MS Office and high overall IT competence.

- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment on strategic goals.
- Experience delivering software applications with cross-functional teams through full project cycle of design, installation, configuration, testing/UAT, training, deployment and hyper-care.
