Technical Services Manager
If you have a background in field service for electrical & mechanical and a flair for supporting customers with door challenges, we have the perfect role for you.
4Front is looking for YOU to manage our Technical Support team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Kenosha, WI.
What you will be doing
- Coordinating and directing customer-facing technical support department
- Conduct training and certification of customers, dealers & service technicians on high-performance door systems
- Provide recommendations concerning product performance in the field
- Work with Engineering and Production on expedient corrective actions for issues
- Travelling up to 20% is possible
