Our growing, state-of-the-art facility in Erie has an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Custodian. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Custodian plays a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

What you’ll do:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, sanitizing restrooms, lobby, breakrooms, and common areas to ensure they are clean.
• Floor Care: Perform routine floor care tasks.
• Trash Removal: Emptying trash in all common areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintaining Supplies: Restocking cleaning supplies, paper products, soaps and toiletries in a restroom and other areas as needed.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Job requires that employee is able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 - 50 pounds
• Must have excellent eyesight and hearing (cannot be color blind)
• Work environment includes machines and tools with sharp moving parts and hot surfaces
• Employees may be exposed to moderate noise levels and processes that utilize solder, potting material, conformal coating and cleaning agents, which have various odors
• Employees must wear safety glasses ,ESD smocks, ESD straps at all times when on the production floor (all of these items are provided by 4Front)

ITAR Requirements

To conform with International Traffic in Arms Regulars (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or actively working towards obtaining the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
