Emergency Room (ER) RN – Night Shift

Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Openings: 4 RN Positions Available

Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts

Location: Yuma, AZ

Job Summary:

Healthcare Associates is now seeking experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. This role requires critical thinking, rapid response skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency setting. Candidates must have at least 2 years of ER experience in Trauma Level I or II within the past 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide high-quality patient care in a Level III Trauma Center.
✅ Respond quickly to life-threatening situations, including STEMI and Stroke cases.
✅ Triage, assess, and stabilize patients according to emergency care protocols.
✅ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
✅ Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced life support as required.
✅ Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses in accordance with hospital policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must have at least 2 years of experience in ER or ICU critical care.
Must have recent Trauma Level I or II experience (within the past 2-3 years).
Gunshot wound and stabbing trauma experience is a plus.
Cannot accept candidates with only Level III or lower trauma experience.

Certifications (Required & Preferred):

✔ BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS – Required
✔ TNCC – Preferred

Shifts & Scheduling:

Shift Start Times: Varied (7 AM, 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, 3 PM)
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week block
Holiday Requirement: Typically 2 of the 5 major holidays (including eves)
Modified Self-Scheduling Available

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $39.93 - $51.91 per hour
Night Shift Differential: $4.50 per hour
Weekend Differential: $4.00 per hour
Sign-On Incentives:

• $5,000 with a one-year commitment
• $10,000 with a two-year commitment
  Relocation Incentive: 3 months of provided housing
