- Conducts individual, family, and group therapy sessions while implementing the EPIC approach in office, schools, and homes
- Coordinate with various individuals/agencies to obtain all necessary information regarding the child
- Maintains and updates documentation
- Trains and supports foster parents in the EPIC/TBRI approach
- Assesses the needs of and develops a behavioral plan for 4KIDS foster and adopted children and their parents/guardians
- Counsels and consults with parents on status of child's progress as well as provides parenting support
- Master's degree in mental health field
- Must demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written skills
- Must be Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Availability to work evenings as needed to provide therapy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques
