We are seeking an experienced and creative Video Producer to lead our video production efforts across multiple client verticals. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller with a proven track record in social media video production, team leadership, and quality control. You will manage a team of video editors, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure all video content meets our high standards for creativity, engagement, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production of video content for our music/entertainment, gaming, and non-profit clients, from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and social media teams to develop compelling video concepts and scripts that align with brand and campaign goals.
- Oversee and manage a team of video editors, providing mentorship, creative direction, and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output
- Ensure all video projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations and 4Labs Digital’s quality standards.
- Identify and implement trending social media video formats, including short-form, vertical, and AI-enhanced content, to maximize audience engagement.
- Maintain rigorous quality control throughout the production process, reviewing edits and final cuts to ensure storytelling excellence and technical precision.
- Manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing creative vision with business objectives.
- Stay current on social media video trends, platform algorithms, and emerging technologies to keep 4Labs Digital at the forefront of digital storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a video editing team and collaborating with social media teams in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in producing, editing, and delivering social media video content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and overseeing creative teams in a deadline-driven, high-output setting.
- Deep understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and the nuances of video content for different industries (music, gaming, non-profit).
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing and production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media video trends, best practices, and new technologies, including AI-driven editing and content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects for social media, including examples of team-led productions and trend-driven content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a creative agency or across multiple client verticals.
- Background in music/entertainment, gaming, or non-profit video production.
- Familiarity with video analytics and performance optimization for social platforms.

Compensation for this position is location-based, and salary ranges will vary depending on the geographical location of the role. Below is a list of typical cities where the position may be posted, each with its corresponding salary range:
- Austin, Texas: $50,000 - $70,000 salary, $25-$35 an hour contract
- Toronto, Canada: $50,000 - $60,000 salary, $25-$30 an hour contract
- Houston, Texas: $50,000 - $70,000 salary, $25-$35 an hour contract
- Miami, Florida: $50,000 - $70,000 salary, $25-$35 an hour contract
- Medellin, Colombia: $35,000 - $45,000 salary, $15-$25 an hour contract
