Job Description
As the primary contact for a major account, our Account Manager represents 4M Building Solutions to our clients. Account Managers take ownership of their accounts, ensuring that we meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and train Team Members
- Build rapport with client contacts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Plan and prepare work schedules for Team Members
- Implement the 4M Operational Playbook
- Maintain accurate building and facility records
- Promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in facility services management or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions
