Job Description
Reports directly to the Account Manager
Oversee management at accounts in assigned area, support achievement of the annual corporate profit goal, meet and exceed area's annual revenue & profit goal, achieve account retention, establish long term relationships with the customers, recruit, manage and maintain a safe work environment.
Provide a professional first impression to all customers. Ensure compliance with contract specifications. Respond to customer requests and complaints. P & L responsibility. Ability to handle multiple priorities, build, manage and lead a high performance team. Ability to track, order and manage payroll, recruiting, and manage inspections.

Job Description
Reports directly to the Account Manager

Hourly Pay Rate: $16 to $19 per hour Based on Experience
Hours: Flexible Start Time-7:00am, 7:30am or 8:00am 8 Hours per day Monday-Friday
On Call
Rotating Weekends
Must Have Reliable Transportation and Valid Drivers License
Must have Janitorial Supervisor Experience
Bilingual a PLUS!!!
Must be willing to travel outside of San Antonio
