Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Representative to join our Long Beach team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our dental services. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless patient experience and maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential patients to schedule and confirm appointments.
- Provide detailed information about our services, including dental implants and cosmetic procedures.
- Accurately enter and update patient information in our scheduling system.
