4M Dental Implant Center is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Dental Biller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient billing, insurance claims, and collections to ensure smooth financial operations within the dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental billing procedures, insurance policies, experience in dental billing and coding, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients and insurance companies.
Responsibilities :
- Manage patient accounts and ensure accurate billing and payment collection
- Prepare and submit insurance claims to ensure prompt payment and follow up on outstanding claims
- Review and verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility
- Post payments and reconcile patient accounts
- Communicate with patients regarding their accounts and payment options
- Follow up on outstanding claims and handle patient inquiries regarding billing
- Maintain accurate records of billing and ensure compliance with regulations
- Stay up to date on changes in dental billing and coding regulations
- Assist with the preparation of aging and other financial reports as needed
