Lakewood Medical Center would like to welcome a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to our very busy healthcare team in Dallas, TX This person should have some experience in Family Medicine and Chronic conditions. Responsibilities would include :
- Conduct history and physical exams
- Provide medication reviews and chronic care management
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Have some coding experience
Qualifications : Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
