Job Summary
The SIPS Specialist supports the Supply Chain Management Supplier Information and Process Solutions (SIPS) team by managing the supplier master database of over 50,000 records. This role plays a critical part in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, handling supplier additions, changes, and inactivations in compliance with internal policies and audit controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier requests to add, modify, or deactivate supplier records based on established policies and procedures.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of supplier master data.
- Support compliance and audit controls as part of the supplier data maintenance process.
- Interact with internal and external customers, providing excellent service and timely responses to inquiries.
- Adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities to support the needs of the team.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of related work experience.
- Customer service oriented, with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
