Warehouse & Materials Coordinator (0-3 Years of Experience)
Education & Experience:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 0-3 years of related experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the construction warehouse and oversee the storage of project materials.
- Coordinate the receiving of materials by collaborating with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external suppliers/vendors.
- Inspect materials upon arrival for any damages and ensure all inspections are documented.
- Provide receiving documentation to the invoice reconciler for verification of receipt.
- Coordinate necessary preventative maintenance with appropriate leads/coordinators until installation and turnover.
- Ensure materials are stored properly and according to storage requirements until installation.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to gather, input, modify, consolidate, and distribute various documents as directed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others.
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
