- Lead and motivate a team of skilled concrete workers
- Train and mentor new laborers looking for success in concrete
- Oversee job sites to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Manage timelines, communicate with project managers, and keep things running smooth
- Bring knowledge, hustle, and a can-do attitude every single day
- Set up jobs to meet city and ADA requirements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5 years of concrete experience (preferably as a foreman or lead)
- Strong leadership skills – you know how to inspire a crew
- Ability to read and understand plans, layouts, and job scopes
- A commitment to clean, professional, high-quality work

Pay: $24.38 - $34.18 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
