Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience with CDL Class A License.
- Driving Record: Max 3 moving violations and 1 preventable accident; must be 23 years or older.
- Clean History: No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years and no reckless driving.
- Testing: Successful completion of a drug test and road test during orientation.
Equipment You'll Drive
- Modern Fleet: Drive Freightliner Cascadia trucks (2019 or newer) equipped with:
- Automatic transmission
- 72” double bunk sleeper
- Reefer units and forward-facing cameras
- APUs for your comfort
- Safety Features: Lane keep assist, blind spot monitors, and adaptive cruise control.
Schedule
- Home Time: Work 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 3-4 days at home.
- Orientation: Complete a 2-3 day orientation in Las Cruces, NM, with a stipend of $200-$300.
