Qualifications
Experience: At least 2 years of driving experience with a CDL Class A License.
Driving Record: Maximum of 3 moving violations and 1 preventable accident; applicants must be 23 years or older.
Clean History: No DWI/DUI in the last 5 years and no reckless driving offenses.
Testing: Must pass a drug test and road test during orientation.
Equipment You'll Drive
Modern Fleet: Operate 2019 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with:
- Automatic transmission
- 72” double bunk sleeper
- Reefer units and forward-facing cameras
- APUs for added comfort
Safety Features: Enjoy lane keep assist, blind spot monitors, and adaptive cruise control.
Schedule
Home Time: Spend 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 3-4 days at home.
Orientation: Complete a 2-3 day orientation in Las Cruces, NM, with a stipend of $200-$300. Travel arrangements will be booked by the company.
