Position Type : W2 Position with W2 Benefits, 1000$ Sign-On Bonus

Join our Southwest Regional Fleet, Memphis-based, with weekly home time!

Job Details :

  • Average Weekly Pay : $1,200 gross per week.
  • Home Time : Home weekly with 34-hour resets
  • Average Weekly Miles : Around 2,000 miles, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
  • Average Length of Haul : 300 miles.
  • Freight Type : 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
  • Regionalized Freight : Routes are designed for your convenience, focusing on specific regions to balance home time and freight efficiency.

Equipment and Support :

  • Drive newer 2021 Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.

    • Pay and Bonuses :

  • Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
  • Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
  • Performance Bonus : Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date. Must be an active OTR / Regional driver at the time of bonus payout to qualify.
