What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at 4th Street Pet Hospital?
Great opportunity to work at an established and growing veterinary hospital in St. Petersburg area. We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-orientated people to add to our existing team to provide high quality veterinary medical services and customer service.
Your duties as a receptionist would include, but not limited to: client education, answering multiple phone lines, client care, greeting clients and their pets, knowledge of veterinary protocols and products, cash and card transactions, and scheduling appointments. Duties may also include working in all areas of the hospital when needed.
This position is open to individuals who enjoy working with companion animals and their owners, in a professional, challenging and focused environment. Previous experience with companion animals is preferred. Open availability for your work schedule is preferred. A professional, mature, hardworking and an ability to work with others is required.
