Job Summary:
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality execution. This role also involves developing project quotes and playing a key role in client acquisition and job closings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction to completion
- Create detailed and competitive job estimates/quotes based on client needs and site visits
- Present and explain quotes to clients, addressing questions and concerns professionally
- Build strong client relationships and guide them through the sales and onboarding process
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Lead and communicate with crew members, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards
- Identify and resolve project issues and delays proactively
- Perform job site visits to ensure progress and quality control
- Report on project status and outcomes to company leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong estimating and sales skills with a customer-focused approach
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Tools applicable to trade/work
- Valid driver's license or government-issued ID
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- OSHA certification a plus
