Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Flooring Professional with hands-on experience installing various types of flooring in both residential and commercial settings. You’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, laying materials, and ensuring clean, durable, and professional-grade finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of flooring types including vinyl plank, hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet
- Prep subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and repairing surfaces
- Measure and cut materials precisely to fit spaces
- Handle adhesives, underlayments, and necessary tools with care
- Ensure quality installation and final presentation of flooring work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Follow all safety and quality protocols
- Assist in estimating materials and labor for flooring projects (if needed)
Requirements:
- Proven experience with flooring installation
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation
- Tools applicable to trade/work
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently or with a team

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
