As a Teller, youll play a key role in providing a variety of financial services to our members, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and more. Responsibilities:
Member Service: Provide professional, courteous, and prompt service to members, ensuring their financial needs are met efficiently.
Financial Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers checks, and other related transactions.
Account Maintenance: Open and close teller drawers daily, process assigned cash transactions, and balance at the end of each day.
Security: Follow security procedures and maintain privacy of member account information. Report any malfunctions of teller terminals to your supervisor.
Cross-Selling: Actively cross-sell credit union services to members, identifying opportunities to offer solutions that meet their financial needs.
General Operations: Assist with processing changes to account information, such as address updates. Operate online teller terminals and provide information related to members account status.
Branch Support: Assist other team members as needed and perform additional duties, including drive-up teller and night drop functions.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Cash Handling is required.
Customer service is required.
