Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and assistance to juvenile males in daily living activities.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in health status.
- Assist clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities through tailored care plans.
- Help clients with mobility.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance their emotional well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience in home health care or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Ability assist clients with mobility and behavioral challenges.
- Knowledge of vital sign monitoring techniques is essential.
- Compassionate approach to caregiving with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic cooking skills for meal preparation are beneficial.
