*Overview* We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of personal care, including home community care, senior care, and memory care. *Duties* - Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide companionship and emotional support - Aid in meal preparation and feeding - Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily tasks - Manage behaviors effectively and with empathy - Assist with mobility and transportation needs - Ensure a safe and clean environment for the individuals under care *Experience* The following skills and experiences are required or nice-to-have for this role: - Experience in working with people with developmental disabilities - Knowledge of behavior management techniques - Familiarity with senior care and memory care practices - Direct support experience in a caregiving capacity - Proficiency in meal preparation for special dietary needs - Previous experience in home care or group home settings
