What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at 5 Guys Transportation?
**Remote AFTER training, Training in person 4-6 weeks**
You MUST be in the Charleston/Summerville Area to be considered for this position however once trained you can move to Indonesia if you wish.
Customer Service Reservations Agent scheduler - Training is IN PERSON daily in Summerville for 4-6 weeks. Work from home AFTER training.
$17/hr
We are hiring for the following schedule
1) Full time
- 10:00AM - 6:00 PM Monday
- 11:00AM - 7:00 PM Tues
- OFF wed
- 11:00AM - 7:00 PM Thurs
- 11:00AM - 7:00 PM Friday
- OFF Saturday
- 9:00AM - 5:00 PM Sunday
Training will be Monday-Friday 10a-6pm for approximately 4-6 weeks
Answer incoming phone, texts, or emails from customers requesting transportation to or from the KCI/MCI airport.
Send quotes by email and text with pricing, and confirm passengers bookings for the following day.
Provide quotes using our pricing software to customers on the phone.
Enter customer information into the booking platform accurately according to our procedure by verifying there is availability on the schedule.
Call passengers the day before to verify their trip details have not changed
Schedule trips more than 24 hours out based on availability. No need to schedule trips less than 24 hours as we have a dedicated dispatcher on duty 24/7
Must have customer service phone experience and be upbeat and professional to customers and staff
You must be familiar with google maps but will train you to our proficiency level
MUST be able to work with at least 2 screens and 5-10 tabs
Hotel reservations experience, rental car booking, scheduling or other high volume call center or booking/dispatching experience is preferred, however the right person will adapt and learn our process.
A professional and positive phone presence is a MUST!
We use multiple screens and multiple tabs and switch between online cloud based booking software and google maps and flight tracking sites to verify customers bookings. The right person will have worked in a high volume call environment and or dealt with many different customers and personalities in a respectful and compassionate manner.
Must have quiet dedicated work space. The dining room table or coffee table is not acceptable. Must be able to show internet speeds sufficient for remote work. You will train in person in Summerville before working from home.
