Qualified candidates must have 4-7 years of experience, including patent litigation. Technical background and registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office required, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics or Computer Science background preferred, with patent prosecution experience highly preferred. The ideal candidate must have a superior academic record, and excellent research and writing skills. CT Bar admission required.
