Junior Team Member

5 Pillar Solutions partnered with the nation's largest retailers and we are actively searching for an entry-level individual who is just as passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences as we are! Our Junior Team Members engage directly with customers, introducing them to exclusive products and offering customized plans fitted to their needs. As an entry-level role, the Junior Team Member will be equipped with comprehensive sales training and resources to successfully perform responsibilities, maximize sales performance, and drive growth for our retail partners.

Junior Team Member Requirements:

• Identify appropriate prospects and guide them through the sales process
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to explain features and benefits related to customer needs
• Achieve sales goals by following a defined sales process in accordance with our retail partner’s policies
• Ability to offer knowledgeable service recommendations that address customer needs
• Welcome customers with a warm and inviting demeanor
• Apply constructive feedback given by Management on how to improve sales and customer service skills

Junior Team Member Qualifications and Related Experience:

• Displays excellent communication skills
• Availability to work retail hours
• Possess a student mentality and eagerness to learn
• Comfortability working individually and in a collaborative environment
• Entry-level background in sales, customer service, retail, client services or related industries
• Motivated by hitting sales targets, deadlines, and achieving goals
