Job Description

Here at 5 Pillar Solutions we pride ourselves in representing exclusive clients inside major national retailers. Due to the addition of a home improvement client, we are hiring a Marketing & Sales Associate to join our retail-based marketing team. The Marketing & Sales Associate is responsible for captivating prospective customers and generating interest in our client's services. Marketing & Sales Associate must show an authentic and personable approach when meeting with prospective customers.

Day-to-day Promotional Marketing & Sales Associate Responsibilities :

Initiative conversations and engage prospective customers inside of our retail partners to generate interested sales leads for our clients
Stay up to date on our client’s products, services, and promotions that are available in order to provide customers with the best possible experience and discounts
Follow all compliance standards while generating new sales leads
Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential customers, our clients, and retail partners

Preferred Promotional Marketing & Sales Associate Qualifications :

Experience working in a retail, customer service or sales-oriented environment is preferred

Ability to maintain composure and compliance while communicating with customers from all backgrounds and areas in the community

Maintain a customer-focused mindset

An attitude of perseverance and grit

Able to travel to our office and retail locations during scheduled shifts

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
