Job Details : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist (English / Spanish) to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions across the organization including recruitment employee relations performance management compliance and benefits administration. You will collaborate with both leadership and staff to enhance employee experience and maintain a positive compliant work environment. Work Schedule : Fulltime Monday to Friday. 8hour shifts
Reporting Relationship(s) : HR Generalist
Responsibilities : HR Functions :
- Assist with daytoday HR operations including compensation benefits leave administration and employee relations.
- Administer timesheet and PTO management systems.
- Participate in employee disciplinary meetings terminations and investigations ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations updating policies as needed.
- Support performance management programs including employee development training and conducting annual performance reviews.
- Handle inquiries related to HR policies employee benefits and employment issues providing timely guidance and solutions.
- Manage employee engagement and morale programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate and implement occupational health and safety initiatives ensuring workplace safety and legal compliance.
