Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial projects.
Reporting Relationship(s) : Project Managers
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and update detailed BIM models for electrical projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, and field teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
- Perform clash detection and resolve any design conflicts before construction begins.
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated into the BIM model.
- Generate and manage project documentation, including shop drawings, schedules, and material take-offs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM / VDC processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM / VDC technology. Collaborate with general contractors to address design issues and develop solutions.
