Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
- Manage internal warranty claims and facilitate communication between technicians and customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers to provide updates and address concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to build Repair Orders (ROs) and oversee parts orders.
- Maintain an organized workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive service industry with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, clean driving record, and punctuality.
