Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
• Manage internal warranty claims and facilitate communication between technicians and customers.
• Regularly follow up with customers to provide updates and address concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to build Repair Orders (ROs) and oversee parts orders.
• Maintain an organized workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive service industry with a focus on customer service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, clean driving record, and punctuality.
