Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: On-site
Schedule: 7:30am - 5:00pm (flexible to work a little later occasionally on special projects)
Compensation: $25-28 depending on experience, Flat rate (commission), Averages to $80-$115K a year depending on efficiency

We are an Auto Collision Repair Shop in Tucson, Arizona that specializes in High Quality Auto Body Repairs. Our team works to meet high quality, exact standards of workmanship while keeping up with high demands.

The qualifications for this job are:
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be able to clearly read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must have good communication skills and must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Must pass drug-test prior to employment and regular drug-tests thereafter.
- Must be able to use a frame machine.
- Must have knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Must be skilled in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders.
- Must be able to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
Physical
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time during the repair of a vehicle.
- Must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently.
- Must be able to use hands efficiently in handling vehicle parts.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Education
- Request that you have a High School Education or GED.
Experience
- Must have at least 5 years of knowledge and experience in an auto shop.
License / Certification
- Request that you hold a Body Repair Certification.
- Request that you are certified in I-CAR welding.
- In addition to the above qualifications, please include on your resume any additional experience you have that would be of benefit to our team.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
