Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of professionalism, compliance, and performance within the sales team.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of health insurance advisors to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across individual, Medicare, and life insurance markets.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development to ensure team members remain knowledgeable, compliant, and effective.
- Collaborate with agency leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top-performing sales talent.
- Sell Medicare, ACA, and life insurance products (active licenses required).
- Stay current on health insurance products, carrier updates, and industry regulations.
- Assist with complex or escalated client issues to ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
- Represent the agency at industry conferences, community outreach events, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling Medicare, ACA, and/or life insurance products
- 2 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and insurance market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems, carrier portals, and virtual communication tools
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000, based on experience and qualifications
