Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of various landscaping techniques. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties through a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing, tree trimming, and hardscape installation. The Landscape Technician will also be responsible for snow plowing during winter months, ensuring safe and accessible environments for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilization to maintain healthy landscapes.
- Execute tree trimming and pruning to promote growth and improve the appearance of trees on properties.
- Operate power tools and landscape equipment safely and efficiently for various tasks.
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep driveways and walkways clear for clients.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in operating power tools and landscape machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with snow plowing techniques and equipment operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, including fertilization, pest control, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to perform hardscape installations with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
