Job Overview

5 Star Plumbing, a reputable plumbing company based in California, is seeking a highly skilled Outbound Sales & Retention Specialist . This role is focused on calling back potential customers who initially declined or did not finalize our services, with the goal of converting them into satisfied clients .

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Outbound Calls : Reach out to customers who have shown interest but did not purchase or schedule services, aiming to close sales and retain their business.
  • Build Relationships : Establish trust, rapport, and strong relationships with potential customers through personalized communication.
  • Overcome Objections : Identify concerns or objections and provide clear, persuasive solutions to encourage customers to proceed with our services.
  • Collaborate With Dispatchers : Work closely with our dispatch team to coordinate scheduling, service details, and any special requirements for the customer.
  • Meet Sales Targets : Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and retention goals.
  • Maintain Accurate Records : Keep detailed logs of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Compensation

  • Salary Range : $1,000 – $3,000 (commensurate with experience and performance).
