Position Summary : Responsible for the evening / night direction planning and scheduling of the operations of the alljanitorial services assigned portfolio. This role involves strategic planning and scheduling to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will embody our corporate mission statement and objectives fostering a culture of excellence within the department.
Essential Duties :
Supervision and Coordination : Oversee Janitorial Supervisors and Forepersons ensuring compliance with policies and training for new supervisors (Approx. 100 people)
Quality Assurance : Conduct regular building inspections and quality control inspections addressing service discrepancies and implementing recommendations for improvement.
Reporting : Review daily complaint reports payroll sheets and absentee reports ensuring timely submission of relevant documentation to the Director of Operations.
Management : Monitor supply budgets and consumption oversee equipment amortization and manage periodic work schedules and vacation schedules.
Incident Management : Investigate and report incidents promptly ensuring compliance with corrective actions and notifying relevant parties of emergencies.
Compliance and Documentation : Ensure accurate completion of building reports tenant vacancy reports and movein / moveout reports maintaining contract compliance and quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Monitors the timekeeping system and audits performed of Janitorial Supervisors
- Monitors periodic work schedules reports to include all route and special service work. Assures that building specifications and extra service schedules for all buildings are updated.
- Ensures that new janitorial supervisors receive training on all policies and procedures and new product usage.
- Monitors supply budgets tracks and monitors supply consumption at least once a month.
- Monitors equipment amortization schedule and approves new equipment as required.
- Reviews and checks the monthly Building Master Report for accuracy.
