Opening Date: March 1 Credentialing and Orientation must be completed by mid-February
Location: Lutz, FL
We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new group home in Lutz and are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team!
Positions Available: all shifts will rotate weekends
- (6) Full-Time CNA, DSP, HHA- days
- (6) Part-Time CNA, DSP, HHA-days
What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate caregivers committed to providing exceptional care.
- Experience in group home or healthcare settings preferred.
- Team players with a heart for serving others.
5 Star Cares wants you, if you…
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a CNA/DSP/HHA/PCA in an acute care/Rehab/LTR, HHC setting
- Love working with people (CONSUMERS/patients and co-workers)
- Are dedicated to our mission and a dependable team player
- Willing to help individuals with activities of daily living to include daily hygiene, feeding, exercise, etc.
- Can read, speak and write in English
- MUST pass an ACHA Level 2 background check.
- Possess excellent documentation skills
- Possess current BLS via AHA or ARC
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness who are on TRACH or Vents is preferred
- Can demonstrate skills utilizing standard medical equipment (bedside commodes, wheelchairs, shower chairs etc.)
