We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our growing team.

5 Star Cares wants you, if you…

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a CNA/DSP/HHA/PCA
• Love working with people (CONSUMERS/patients and co-workers)
• Are dedicated to our mission and a dependable team player
• Willing to help individuals with activities of daily living to include daily hygiene, feeding, exercise, etc.
• Can speak and write in English
• Can pass a ACHA Level 2 background check.
• Possess excellent documentation skills
• Have a current BLS via AHA or ARC
• Have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness is preferred
• Can demonstrated skills utilizing standard medical equipment (bedside commodes, wheelchairs, shower chairs etc.)

Job Types: PT days; 6p-6a

$15 - $19 per hour

Schedule:

• Must commit to 3 shifts per month when they are available

Experience:

• 2 year exp
• Home health care experience -preferred

License/Certification:

• Driver's License -preferred
