This position will perform tasks related to organization and communication between external and internal customers.Customer Service Representative role will include communication with the customers throughout the purchase and installation process, coordination with other team members to resolve customer issues, and addressing post-sale product warranty questions. The right fit for the Customer Service position will have good communications skills, be able to stay organized, show a sense of urgency in solving customer concerns, and take a pro-active approach to supporting their team.Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Field incoming customer calls
- Data-entry
- Communicate with vendors regarding claims and warranty issues
- Pro-actively follow up on client issues to ensure problems are resolved appropriately
- Communicate changes and collaborate with internal teams
- Filing, faxing, scanning, and other administrative support duties assignedCustomer Service Representative Skills Needed :
