Position Title : Cement Technical Services Specialist

Job Location : New England & Upstate NY

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing expert technical and engineering support related to our cement products for customers, sales representatives, contractors, and architects.
  • Promoting the cement industry alongside our latest products and applications through various initiatives.
  • Collaborating with R&D teams to enhance product performance and meet customer requirements.
  • Conducting in-depth product analysis to identify issues, generate solutions, and evaluate the impact of implemented changes.
  • Creating and delivering compelling presentations to industry stakeholders to effectively communicate product benefits.

What Are We Looking For

  • Experience in the construction, paving, or cement industries is highly preferred.
  • A solid understanding of concrete products and design principles associated with all cement-based products.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive approach towards travel to various local sites.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

    • Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based with regular visits to construction sites.
  • Traveling to various locations within the assigned area is a requirement.
  • Ability to work in diverse and varying weather conditions.
