What Youll Be Doing
Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance.
Implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues promptly.
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Leading and mentoring maintenance team members to achieve operational goals.
