Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic Team Lead to join our team.

• The role involves supervising a team of millwrights, pipe fitters, and welders in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate work.
• Respond to emergency repairs promptly.

• Required skills and qualifications:
• - Must have 4-6 years working as an Industrial Mechanical Journeyman/Helper
• - Must be able to read prints and demonstrate thorough knowledge in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations
• - Must have good leadership and communication skills with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• - Must have experience working on an industrial construction project
• - Demonstrated industrial construction/maintenance history experience
