What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and manage a railcar fleet of over 1400 railcars.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
