What You'll Be Doing
Efficiently operate heavy dozer machinery to move and grade earth, rock, and various materials.
Conduct regular maintenance and safety inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Interpret and execute site plans as directed by supervisors for safe and effective operation.
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated proficiency in operating dozer equipment.
In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Able to read and understand site plans and verbal instructions clearly.
