Yard Loader Operator

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate yard loader to transport and load aggregates.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient yard operations.

What Are We Looking For

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, particularly loaders.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance.
• Commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.10 to $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience
