What Youll Be Doing
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the aggregates production team.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
