Job Description:
As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist at Heidelberg Materials Midwest Agg, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our heavy equipment fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Ensuring all equipment meets safety and operational standards
- Maintaining accurate records of services and repairs
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow
