Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Mechanical Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions to get equipment back up and running quickly.
• Safety and Efficiency: Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs to track equipment history and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
• Safety Commitment: A commitment to safety and quality standards, with a focus on preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ability to maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations.
